Continuing to take part in some form of physical activity over the next few months is essential for both our physical and mental wellbeing. I hope the links in this email will give you a few ideas.

I would recommend we all try to fit in at least 30 minutes of exercise a day.

If we all did 30 minutes of exercise six days a week for the next three months that would be 78 training sessions and 39 hours of exercise – imagine how fit you would be and how great you would feel after that!

Don’t forget to take the time to find some Headspace they are offering free support during the COVID-19 outbreak, try meditating for just ten minutes a day – I have done it for 1,163 days in a row and love it!

Please look after yourselves and your loved ones, I look forward to seeing you all when we return to school.

Best wishes
