Many of you have enjoyed using the Nike Training Club App, there is also the Nike Run Club App to record your runs and track your progress. If you run, cycle and swim you might prefer Strava to record your training.
If you would like to do some resistance training at home but do not have any weights you can buy a resistance band on Amazon for under £15.00. Here are some Resistance Band Workouts if you would like to add some strength training to your week.
